    With a strong foundation in business management and organizational development, Pisoot ensures the team has the tools, support, and direction needed to deliver exceptional service to clients year-round.

    Jaime Redfern is the Business Development Director at Blue Sky Tax Advisory. With many years in the tax industry, she helps business owners understand the value of strong, proactive tax planning. Jaime is often out in the community attending events, meeting business owners, and introducing them to the resources and support Blue Sky offers.

    Her warmth, expertise, and passion for building relationships make her an essential part of our team.

    Anne Garabedian, CPA, has worked in tax and accounting since 1995, from staff roles to owning her own firm. She brings deep experience in business and personal tax prep, reviews, bookkeeping, payroll, and IRS correspondence.

    At Blue Sky, Anne focuses on giving clients a smooth, stress-free tax experience, keeping everything accurate, efficient, and easy to understand. She’s committed to proactive solutions that help you keep more of what you earn and move toward a stronger financial future.

    When she’s not working, she’s with her family and two Border Collies, outdoors or lost in a good book.

    Erin Dey is a Montana-based Bookkeeper who keeps Blue Sky’s financial records clean, accurate, and organized. She supports clients with reliable bookkeeping, steady communication, and the kind of behind-the-scenes precision that keeps everything running smoothly.

    Outside of work, Erin loves preserving local history, spending time with her family and energetic cats, and exploring Montana’s rugged landscape on her four-wheeler.

    Lori Green is Blue Sky’s Operations Manager, overseeing all billing, invoicing, and internal processes that keep the firm organized and running smoothly. She ensures accuracy in every financial detail, supports clients with clear and timely communication, and keeps the backend of the business operating efficiently.
